  • We're open 7am-8pm weekdays (5pm Friday) and 8am-1pm Saturday for your convenience

BIKE

(Technical name: L250)

The bike targets stubborn fatty deposits on the stomach, hips, bottom and thighs. All you need to do is pedal at a moderate pace while the gentle vacuum in the chamber activates all of these areas.

This session lasts for 30 minutes.

Clothing to wear: a t-shirt, loose pants or shorts, socks and joggers. You may work up a bit of a sweat, but it's not an intense workout. You can bring along a towel and change of clothes if needed.

You can listen to music, read one of our magazines or even multi-task and get some work done on your phone or tablet.

Treadmill

(Technical name: Vacunaut)

The treadmill targets stubborn fatty deposits on the stomach and hips.  All you need to do is briskly walk on the treadmill while small suction bubbles in the suit work to activate fat burning in your mid-section.

This session lasts for 30 minutes.

Clothing to wear: a t-shirt, tights, socks and joggers. Although it's not an intense workout, you will get nice and sweaty in the suit, so bring a towel and change of clothes if needed. Please remove all jewelry.

You may like to bring along headphones and music to listen to or you could rest a tablet on the treadmill and watch an episode of your favourite show.

MASSGAGE

(Technical name: HYPOXI-Dermology)

I highly recommend the massage to all of my clients, it maximises the entire HYPOXI process and kick-starts your results from the very first session. Small suction cups on the stomach, hips, bottom and thighs alternate between cupping and massaging to target cellulite, firm skin tone and increase the centimetre loss of the bike or treadmill by up to 30%. The massage is great for your lymphatic system, clearing toxins, and relaxing you all over. All you need to do is lie back and enjoy.

This session lasts 20 minutes and can be added in before the bike or treadmill.

Clothing to wear: a t-shirt, long loose pants and socks.  You won't work up a sweat in this one, but please remove all jewelry prior to using the machine.

 

 

nutritional guidelines

There are no strict diets with HYPOXI, we simply recommend you eat as healthily as possible and I'm here to help you all the way.

It is important however, to limit your carbohydrate intake in the 6 hours after a HYPOXI session. If you consume carbohydrates your body will use them for energy rather than continuing to burn the fats that HYPOXI has freed for you.
